We hold as little as the service needs, keep it on your own node, and never sell it.
1 · What we hold
Your account details, the profile you create, and the operational data you choose to put on your node. That is it — we do not buy data about you from anyone else.
2 · Where it lives
Your business data is isolated to your own node. Other customers’ agents cannot read it, and it is not pooled into anything shared.
3 · Training
We do not train the shared agents on your business data. Agents improve from the way the stack is built and from the material we author, not from your books.
4 · Who else sees it
The AI provider you connect processes the messages you send it under their own terms. Payment and email providers see only what they need to bill and deliver. Nobody else.
5 · Your rights
Ask us for a copy, a correction or a deletion and we will do it. Deleting your account removes your node and its data.
